Privacy policy

This page explains what GTA Companies collects through this website, why, and who else sees it. Last updated 3 November 2026.

What we collect and why

Contact form. If you send us a message we receive your name, email, firm or company (optional), the inquiry type you pick, your message, and the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply to you and discuss possible work together.

Visit counts. A small visitor counter records the page address, the page you came from, the page title, your browser type, your approximate country, and a scrambled visitor code that resets every day. It sets no cookies. We use it to see which pages are read.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Who receives it

  • alcock.ai, our own service, runs the visitor counter and receives contact-form messages, stores them and emails them to us.
  • Vercel hosts this website. If the main form route fails, a backup on Vercel passes your message on and records your IP address and approximate country with it.
  • SendGrid delivers the backup email copy of a form message when that backup is used.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google sees your IP address and browser details.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as business correspondence for as long as they are useful to the relationship, or until you ask us to delete them. Visit counts are kept for site statistics and are not tied to your name.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, to delete, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This is a business website for investment professionals. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
